1. itinerary 

• danh từ /aɪˈtɪn.ər.ər.i/
• lịch trình – a detailed plan or route of a journey
• Câu ví dụ: We planned our itinerary several weeks before the trip. 

2. tourist trap

• danh từ
• nơi “chặt chém” khách du lịch, thường không dành cho người bản địa – a crowded place that provides entertainment and products for tourists, usually at high prices
• Câu ví dụ: The village itself was a bit of a tourist trap but we did get to see some crocs, cuddle a koala, feed some kangaroos, get bitten by a parrot.

3. touristy

• tính từ
• đầy khách du lịch và không còn hay ho nữa – visited by a lot of tourists
• Câu ví dụ: This used to a pretty little fishing town but now it’s become very touristy. 

4. getaway

• danh từ
• chuyến đi xả hơi ngắn hoặc địa điểm nghỉ mát – a short holiday or a holiday destination
• Câu ví dụ: What I need right now is not a long vacation, just a weekend getaway. 

5. downtime

• danh từ
• thời gian nghỉ xả hơi không làm việc – time when a person is not working or active
• Câu ví dụ: Everyone needs downtime to unwind.

6. holidaymaker (UK) / vacationer (US)

• danh từ
• người đi nghỉ mát – a person on a holiday away from home
• Câu ví dụ: St Kitts is a popular destination for holidaymakers, who are drawn by its stunning beaches and tropical forests.

7. off the beaten track (UK) / off the beaten path (US)

• trạng từ
• vào khu vực khỉ ho cò gáy, nói chung là xa rời thế giới loài người đó các bạn – into an isolated place
• Câu ví dụ: We tried to find locations slightly off the beaten track.

8. the middle of nowhere

• danh từ
• một nơi xa xôi, hẻo lánh – a remote place
• Câu ví dụ: We got lost in the middle of nowhere. 

9. a spontaneous trip

• danh từ /spɒnˈteɪ.ni.əs/
• một chuyến đi tùy hứng không có kế hoạch trước
• Câu ví dụ: A spontaneous trip can be exciting and …expensive. 

10. (to) put one’s feet up

• động từ
• gác chân lên thư giãn thảnh thơi
• Câu ví dụ: You deserve to put your feet up after such a hard time.
